Greek Yogurt Dip Recipes
We all know that it is tricky to get your child to eat healthy snacks when there are so many “other” unhealthy options available to them. When your child is presented with the choice of eating a healthy snack verses chicken nuggets, M&M’s or other “snacks”, which do you think they are going to pick?
All of these are absolutely fine once in a while mind you, but it is important that our kids learn the pattern of eating healthy. As a result, here is a great snack from my Greek Yogurt Dip Recipes list:
Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip
This easy to make kids recipe is one that your kids can even help you prepare.
Use one 6 oz container of non-fat Greek Vanilla yogurt and then mix in 2 Tbsp of peanut butter with 1/2 Tbsp of honey and then finish it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon, that’s it!
You can offer this dip with sliced apples, pears, bananas or whatever else you think your child would like.
Greek Yogurt dip recipes are a must on any parent’s easy to make kids recipes list. These are a great way to add extra fruit into your child’s diet. Another great benefit is that they are easy to pack for school lunches or to take to the park for a picnic.
I hope you enjoy these easy to make kids recipes as much as my family does!
